How quickly can you come out?
Contact us to check availability and we’ll discuss a suitable visit. We do not provide emergency call-outs.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Our standard call-out is £92, including the first hour of labour. We explain the applicable price before you agree to the work. See our price guide for typical jobs.
Will I get a price before you start?
Yes. We agree the scope and price before starting. If a closer inspection is needed, we explain that first. If we find additional work, we stop and discuss any change before continuing.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Dripping taps, running toilets, leaking joints and other everyday plumbing repairs are all part of our work.
Do you work on boilers or gas appliances?
No. We do not carry out gas work, boiler internals, electrical services, solar PV or heat pumps. Our services focus on plumbing, water fittings, radiators and pipework.
Is my online request a confirmed booking?
No. Your chosen day and time are preferences. We contact you to discuss the job and confirm an appointment; no payment is taken by the enquiry form.
