What does an investigation cover?
We check accessible plumbing and agree the next step. Concealed leaks may need specialist detection or access through walls or floors, quoted separately. Finding and repairing the fault in one visit is not guaranteed; we agree extra work and charges first.
What if water is escaping now?
Isolate the supply only if safe. Keep away from water near electrical equipment and contact an emergency plumbing provider if urgent help is needed. We do not offer emergency call-outs.
