What is included?
We unblock sinks, basins, baths and toilets only. We do not clear gullies, external drains, main waste pipes or sewers, or provide CCTV surveys, jetting or excavation. Those jobs need a drainage specialist. We do not offer emergency call-outs.
What if it cannot be cleared or returns?
A blockage beyond the fitting or an underlying defect may need a drainage specialist. We explain what we find and agree the next step; clearance is not guaranteed. Agreed attendance or work remains chargeable, subject to your statutory rights and our responsibility for the work.
