Will a washer repair stop the drip?
Not always. Some taps need a cartridge; worn seats or damaged bodies may need replacement. Agreed investigation and work already completed remain chargeable, subject to your statutory rights. We agree any extra work and charges before proceeding.
Can you fit something I have bought?
Send the model and dimensions first so we can check compatibility and access. Unusual parts or seized fittings may need another visit. Changes to worktops, cabinetry or tiles are only included if agreed. Our responsibility for installation remains unchanged.
