Electrical work, gas work, appliance repairs and full bathroom refurbishment are outside this service.
What needs checking first?
We check access, existing connections and the proposed pipe route. Outside taps need isolation and suitable backflow protection. Extra pipework, difficult drilling or alterations may change the quote; we agree these costs first. Removal, disposal and making good are included only if stated.
