Can the existing toilet be repaired?
Compatible valves, seals and flush mechanisms can often be replaced. Cracked ceramics need a different solution. We establish the cause and explain the options; a particular part is not guaranteed to solve every fault.
What about concealed cisterns or replacement?
Send photos of the flush plate and any safely accessible opening. Restricted access or specialist parts may need a separate quote. For replacement toilets, we agree connections, testing and disposal; alterations to pipes or finishes must be included expressly.
